What if I miss a live session?
You get recording access for uptil 15 days after the program is over. But live is better—you can ask questions and get real-time adjustments.

How much time will this require daily?

Just 15-20 mins daily each evening for the practices, plus 2 hrs for the weekly LIVE sessions.

How long does this take to show results?

It typically takes at least three weeks of daily practice to get results. However, some may find that their quality of sleep is improving with a session or two. The true key is daily practice of these movements as the body and nervous system takes time to adjust. Additionally, this daily practice will bring calm in your daily routine.Ā 

Will this work if I have chronic insomnia?

While many participants report improvement in sleep quality, Ratricharya is a habit-building program, not a treatment for diagnosed sleep disorders. Please consult your healthcare provider alongside this program if you have chronic insomnia or other sleep conditions.

Can I get a refund if it doesn't work for me?
  • Please check whether you can participate in the program on the given dates. Refund will not be provided in case of absence or adjusting in any other cohort.
  • This is not one- size-fits-all. The program is not highly priced. It takes time and effort to create content.Ā  Depending on your environmental factors and if any chronic pre-existing conditions/medications declared in our form, results will vary.

Do I need previous experience with Yoga or Ayurveda?

No prior experience needed. All practices are explained from the ground up with modern context. These are tiny movements you do lying in bed. If you can breathe and gently move your body, you’re qualified.

Should I stop my sleep medication when starting this program?

Absolutely not. Never discontinue any prescribed medication without consulting your healthcare provider. We are not responsible for these decisions taken without medical advice.
