Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “ (The Soul Alchemy),” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business, (The Soul Alchemy). All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Digital products

There are no refunds issued for digital products. We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Coaching, Consulting & Online trainings/workshops

The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund and if the first session has not started. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an service/order, send your request to team@tanushreenair.The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred method of reimbursement.

Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion   of (The Soul Alchemy). A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all  refunds. If the Client cancels after beginning sessions and/or receiving services with (The Soul Alchemy), they mayonly  request a refund for the amount pertaining to remaining sessions or hours not yet logged. The Client will not have the right to cancel    or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed). In addition, if you are late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you will still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our  appointments and be on time as well.

Lapsed Services

We understand life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching within an appropriate timeline. However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or have your initial session with six (6) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued. Attempts will be made to provide you with a comparable service through a digital product or online program within one (1) year of your initial payment; however, 1:1 coaching services are not guaranteed as coaching program offerings and pricing may have changed since your initial payment. After one (1) year from your initial payment, you will be required to contract for new and existing coaching services.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. (The Soul Alchemy) will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of (The Soul Alchemy), a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
