Hello, I am Tanushree Nair, your Energy Mindset Coach & author of the successful book "Bring out that Red Lipstick".

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for working professionals, senior leaders, and founders who want to optimize their energy levels. They have tried different techniques and methods and want to bring their learnings together in a structure which suits their needs.

Do I need previous experience with yoga or Ayurveda?

No experience needed. All practices are explained from the ground up with modern context. We have taken references from Indic wisdom but it is presented in lay man terms.

How much time will this require daily?

Just 5 mins for viewing the recording or instructions,  15-20 minutes incrementing slowly to 30 minutes each evening for the practices, plus 5 minutes to review the day’s learning.

Will this work if I have chronic insomnia?

While many participants report improvement in sleep quality, Ratricharya is a habit-building program, not a treatment for diagnosed sleep disorders. Please consult your healthcare provider alongside this program if you have chronic insomnia or other sleep conditions.

Should I stop my sleep medication when starting this program?

Absolutely not. Never discontinue any prescribed medication without consulting your healthcare provider. Ratricharya is designed to complement, not replace, medical treatment.

Can I get a refund if it doesn't work for me?

The program is not highly priced. It takes time and effort to create content. This is not one size fits all. Depending on your environmental factors and if any chronic conditions/medications declared in our form, results will vary. Refund is subject to case-to-case basis.
