This program is designed for working professionals, senior leaders, and founders who want to optimize their energy levels. They have tried different techniques and methods and want to bring their learnings together in a structure which suits their needs.
No experience needed. All practices are explained from the ground up with modern context. We have taken references from Indic wisdom but it is presented in lay man terms.
Just 5 mins for viewing the recording or instructions, 15-20 minutes incrementing slowly to 30 minutes each evening for the practices, plus 5 minutes to review the day’s learning.
